Complete our comprehensive in-house certification program to become a My Other Tongue educator. This program is designed to train passionate language educators in our proven methodology.

Develop a lesson plan using the My Other Tongue method, incorporating storytelling, rhythm, and comprehensible input strategies.

REQUIREMENT 2

Instructional Demo

Deliver a 15–20 minute instructional demonstration showcasing your teaching style and engagement strategies.

Reflective Analysis

Submit a reflective teaching analysis examining your pedagogical choices and areas for growth.

Instructor Qualifications

To facilitate the My Other Tongue in-house certification program, instructors must meet the following qualifications and hold the CMOTE credential.

Required Qualifications

Advanced Spanish Proficiency

Demonstrated native or near-native Spanish speaking ability

Education Experience

Background in language education or curriculum development

CMOTE Credential

Must hold the Certified My Other Tongue Educator credential

CI Method Familiarity

Familiarity with comprehensible input teaching methods
