Homeschool Spanish 2 invites advanced beginner learners to expand their Spanish skills while exploring the world around them. Designed for children ages 6–9 who have completed Spanish 1A or 1B, this course blends playful learning with deeper inquiry—encouraging students to use Spanish as a tool for understanding global challenges, personal identity, and interdisciplinary connections.
Through storytelling, hands-on activities, and guided reflection, learners begin to express more complex ideas, ask purposeful questions, and compare their experiences with those of diverse Spanish-speaking communities.
Course Length: 14 Weeks - 6 Weeks Instruction → 2 Weeks Exploration → 6 Weeks Instruction Format: Hybrid (Asynchronous + Live Sessions) Target Learner: Ages 6–9 Proficiency Goal: Novice Mid → Novice High / Intermediate Low (ACTFL) Prerequisite: Homeschool Spanish 1A or 1B
